Functie

As an HR Assistant, you will work closely with the HR team, providing support for various HR-related tasks. You will act as a liaison between employees and management, playing a crucial role in maintaining a positive work environment.

To strengthen our HR team, we are seeking an enthusiastic HR Assistant passionate about both human resources and the sports sector.

Omschrijving

  • Support the recruitment process, including drafting job postings, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.
  • Manage employee records and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive work culture and promote employee engagement.

Jouw profiel

  • Degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent proficiency in both Dutch and French, both oral and written. Good command of English is a requirement.
  • Experience in an HR support role is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the sports sector is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Behandeling van tuchtmaatregelen en relaties met wettelijke instanties opvolgen (arbeidsinspectie, arbeidsrechtbank, ...)
